Conference Facilities

Brighton is one of the most popular conference locations in the UK, hosting many organizations throughout the year, including political parties. Langfords Hotel is an established conference venue, frequently and successfully used by local and national companies.

We have seven versatile conference suites capable of accommodating many meeting styles, from a boardroom for 12 to a presentation dinner for 120 or a lecture for 140. Specialist conference staff are on hand to ensure that your event is a success.

Conference and Meeting Rooms

Carlton Room

Comprising a total floor area of 1,400 square feet (130 square metres), the Carlton Room is fully self-contained with direct access to our private gardens. Features include air-conditioning, private bar, restroom and cloakroom. Up to 140 delegates comfortably accommodated.

Cedar Room

The Cedar Room benefits from natural daylight and access to the gardens, and is fully self-contained with private bar, restroom and cloakroom. 1,280 square feet (119 square metres) of floor space, accommodates up to 70 delegates.

Regent Rooms

The four Regent Rooms are on the ground floor, and benefit from plenty of natural light. The rooms can be hired individually or in pairs, and are well suited for use together as a training complex.

Regent Rooms 1 & 2 are inter-connecting designated training rooms. Each room has a floor area of 574 square feet (54 square metres), and accommodates up to 40 delegates.

Regent Rooms 3 & 4 are inter-connecting syndicate rooms. Each can be used as a boardroom or meeting room for up to 12 delegates.

Studio

The Studio has a floor area of approx. 570 square feet, good natural light and wooden floors. Up to 40 delegates accommodated.

Day Delegate Package

This package is available for a minimum of 10 delegates, and includes the following:

Hire of Conference room
Conference equipment (see below)
Morning coffee and biscuits
2 course hot or cold buffet lunch with coffee
Afternoon tea and biscuits

Cost: from £32.50 per delegate, including VAT

24-Hour Delegate Package

Also available for a minimum of 10 delegates, and includes:

Hire of conference room
Conference equipment (see below)
Morning coffee and biscuits
2 course hot or cold buffet lunch with coffee
Afternoon tea and biscuits
3 course dinner with coffee
Overnight accommodation
Full English breakfast

Cost: from £85.00 per delegate, including VAT

Equipment

The following are included at no extra charge with our Day Delegate and 24-Hour Delegate packages:

Flip charts and pens
Overhead projector and screen
VHS video and TV monitor
Pads and pencils
Iced water, cordials and mints

Any other equipment required will be hired on your behalf, at the prevailing rate.
