Conference Facilities
Langfords Hotel is an established conference venue, frequently and successfully used by local and national companies.
We have eight versatile suites capable of accommodating many meeting styles, from a boardroom for 12 to a presentation dinner for 120 or a lecture for 140.
Carlton Room
The Carlton room is our largest suite; it is fully self-contained with direct access to our private gardens. Features include air-conditioning, private bar, cloakroom. Up to 140 delegates comfortably accommodated. Total floor area 130 square metres.
Cedar Room
The Cedar Room benefits from natural daylight and direct access to the gardens, it is fully self-contained with private bar and cloakroom. Total floor area is 119 square metres and accommodates up to 70 delegates.
Regent Rooms
The four Regent Rooms are on the ground floor and benefit from plenty of natural light. These rooms are located together and can be hired individually or grouped as an ideal training complex.
Regent 1 & 2 are interconnecting designated training rooms; each room has a floor area of 54 square metres and can accommodate up to 40 delegates
Regent 3 & 4 are inter-connecting syndicate rooms. Each can be used as a boardroom or meeting room up to 12 delegates.
Studio
The studio room benefits from natural daylight with wooden floors. The floor area is approximately 570 feet and can accommodate up to 40 delegates.
Leone's
Leone's is on the ground floor and benefits from plenty of natural sunlight with direct access to the gardens. An elegant room with wooden floors, it has a separate bar area which can be used as breakout workspace and can accommodate up to 60 delegates.
