Langfords Hotel's function rooms are available for wedding receptions, banquets, ladies nights, dinner dances or parties for 10 to 150 guests. Make use of our experience in catering for all kinds of events to make your day a successful and happy one.

Whether you are organizing a small party or a fully catered event requiring overnight accommodation, just  or call us on 01273 738222 and we will happily propose a package to suit your requirements.

A banquet package could include:

  • 3, 4 or 5 course banquet with your choice of menu
  • drinks package
  • music & entertainment
  • hire of function room

We cater for vegetarian, diabetic and special diets. Children's menus are also available.

Carlton Room

Comprising a total floor area of 1,400 square feet (130 square metres), the Carlton Room is fully self-contained with direct access to our private gardens. Features include air-conditioning, private bar, dance floor, restroom and cloakroom. Up to 110 guests accommodated for a formal banquet or up to 275 for an informal party.

Cedar Room

The Cedar Room benefits from natural daylight and access to the garden, and is fully self-contained with air-conditioning, a private bar, restroom and cloakroom. 1,280 square feet (119 square metres) of floor space accommodates up to 48 guests for a formal banquet or up to 70 for an informal party.

Regent Rooms

The four Regent Rooms are on the ground floor, and benefit from plenty of natural light. The rooms can be hired individually or in pairs, and are perfect for a more intimate private lunch or dinner for up to 36 guests.
